Matthew 25:1-13 was the foundational text for today’s message entitled, “The Midnight Cry”. The Midnight Cry is synonymous with a strategic time set aside on Friday evenings that our Bishop shares with the church a word that brings context and clarity to the times of our current day. The church is seemingly divided during this pandemic; those with the Word and those with the spirit. The Word tells us what to do but we still remain contentious and out of touch on God’s true motives. The Spirit teaches us how to apply God’s Word for his glory and purposes.
