Yesterday’s message of hope and warning was entitled, “Don’t Stop, hit it again!” This message, citing passages from 2 Kings 13, chronicles the story of the Prophet Elisha lying on his death bed. People of God, we are in the war of our lives on so many fronts. In the midst of the noise of our day, God is raising up prophetic voices who have heard directly from God in order to be equipped to speak for God. Elisha was that man speaking to King Jehoash. Elisha gave Jehoash specific instructions to usher in victory now and the future for Him and his people, but Jehoash blew it! Saints, if we are to win this war we find ourselves in, we must be vigilant and intentional in following the directives and instructions of God AND of those he has anointed to speak on his behalf.
