Today, during the month of October as we celebrate and show intentional appreciation for Pastors, our Bishop reminded us of just who the Pastor is and the heavy load carried by those committed to that call.???Jeremiah 3:15 states, And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.??The Pastor wears many hats and works for God, not the people.??God given Pastors shepherd the flock, feed the flock, help give us life, help us to remain in right relationship with God, serve as Godly examples for us, pray for us, and assist us in walking in our ultimate purpose for our lives.??God-given Pastors, although imperfect, should feed the flock with knowledge an understanding which is, the Word of God.??Be sure to take time, not only during October, but consistently, to acknowledge those who take watch over our souls, pray for us, feed us, correct us and guide us toward a closer walk with the Father.?
