?Faith in the eye of the storm? was the title of today?s message and an appropriate narrative of the times in which we live with a major storm in our midst.?Mark 4:35-41 chronicle?s the tale of Jesus and the disciples being on a ship and suddenly facing the winds and waves of an epic storm.??Sudden storms often come to simply check our faith and whether or not we can endure life?s challenges until the end.??When we are obedient to the will of God, we will also face opposition.??But, in and through it all, we have to rest in the fact that God is in control.??The presence of a storm still doesn?t mean the absence of God nor does facing and navigating a storm in our lives mean that God does not care for us.??In the end, we need to be aware of 5 keys in the midst this Category 5 storm and the literal message that this lies within it:??Storms come when we?re obedient, storms can make us think Jesus doesn?t care, storms reveal the real enemy, storms direct us to the Word and storms ultimately give us a revelation of who the Lord is.??To hear this message in its entirety, access it here:
